- Services
- We provide CNC precision cutting, cabinetry manufacturing, product design, and stainless steel fabrication services.
- Quotes are based on project details provided by clients and may vary if project specifications change.
- Quotes & Payments
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in invoices and may include a deposit with the balance payable on completion.
- Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of services until payment is received.
- We reserve the right to request additional deposits for large or custom projects.
- Project Specifications
- Files and designs will be cut or fabricated as received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all design files, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.
- HUBERT ROBERT PTY LTD is not liable for errors in customer-provided files unless explicitly agreed prior to production.
- Any modifications or corrections requested after production has commenced may incur additional costs.
- Deliveries & Lead Times
- Estimated lead times will be communicated but are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to material supply issues, machinery downtime, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- HUBERT ROBERT PTY LTD is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from delivery delays.
- Risk passes to the client upon collection or delivery of goods.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled prior to commencement of production; any deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
- Once production has started, cancellations may incur full or partial charges to cover material and labor costs.
- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Warranty & Liability
- Workmanship warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or alterations by third parties.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUBERT ROBERT PTY LTD excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and software, is owned by HUBERT ROBERT PTY LTD.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
- Clients retain ownership of their design files but grant HUBERT ROBERT PTY LTD a license to use them for the purpose of production and project completion.
- Privacy
- We collect and use client information for project management, invoicing, and communications.

- We do not share client information with third parties except as required to fulfill services or by law.
